We recently moved into a 1913 house in Curtis Park and needed a variety of work to get the plumbing off and running. US Trenchless installed a new sewer line, leaving yard and concrete walkway intact and good as new, and replaced some leaky cast iron piping under the house. They also pulled out a decrepit 1910s furnace from under the house at very short notice, helping us keep a tight remodeling schedule. In all the work they were very professional and enjoyable to work with, and the work is of high quality. What I also appreciated was their responsiveness. In the sewer work, one of our sprinkler heads was accidentally broken, and they returned bright and early the next morning to fix it up. Additionally, after replacing one segment of cast iron pipe beneath the house, a bit down the line started to go as well. Ross came out and fixed the entire leaky segment, free of charge. This level of skill, professionalism, and responsiveness sets them way apart from the rest.

I recently purchased an older home in Curtis Park with a broken sewer line. The home inspector recommended US Trenchless. They were quick efficient and well organized. Soon after I needed repair on a broken water line right before Christmas. They were able to quickly locate the break beneath my brick patio and minimize the cost and damage. The patio brick was not perfectly matched but very well done. They are always quick to respond and provide excellent service.

Old Sewer Line Replaced

US Trenchless replaced a 40' long deteriorated sewer line to the street connection on my 1940's bungelow. They walked me through the process and used the trenchless techique on a long strech of the line leaving a concrete driveway intact. They also hooked up my garage with a sewerline for my clothes washer. They even replaced the textured finish on a cement patch-up job on my driveway at no cost to me. I was very satisfied with the work. I found them to be reliable, trustworthy and responsive. The next time I need sewer work done I will definitely call them. Raymond

New baby, broken water heater

When I brought my wife and new little baby girl home from hospital we discovered a broken water heater...

Jonas had done other work for us when we purchased our house so I called him...

Jonas went out of his way to get the new heater that same day, picking it up himself and arranged with us to install.

As with the previous work the job was professional and surpassed expectations.

Jonas even came back from his truck with my check after realizing he had a problem with his billing that charged us double for the water heater.

Excellent from start to finish!

We just had Trenchless replace the sewer line from the house to the sidewalk and then \"line\" the sewer from the sidewalk to the main. The work took two days and was a thing of beauty to watch. Very professional and helpful in explaining each step and some of the history of waste management. Ross and Jonas are experts in their field. They are reliable and deliver as promised. Jonas and his crew are fantastic! You can\'t afford to go anywhere else. Here\'s why:

They were on time, on quote, and on target. The installation quality was superb and the product line is stellar. They\'re so knowledgeable that any job can be done according to what you want or need. We have a 1920s home in East Sac with old plumbing and a crazy internal structure. Yet, their insight into construction from that era coupled with a mastery of modern products and workarounds left us with an upgrade that any homeowner would be happy to have. There were small additions that Jonas recommended (e.g. a recirculation conduit for the upstairs bathroom) that made the end result even better. They forced nothing on us; indeed, all the cost was laid out ahead of time and they provided us with several less expensive and more expensive options. Fair and square, no hidden agenda. Finally, the guys were friendly and professional the entire time. Totally trusted them around our kids and animals.
