Cured In Place Pipe Lining

Our most exciting and innovative solution to date. The cured in place method is actually a technology championed by the British and later perfected by American companies. What makes our cured in place liners different is that we offer a complete structural liner that when installed can be stronger than cast iron pipe. Most comparable to pipes like PVC and ABS, cured-in-place pipe is a resin base epoxy.
Over time many pipelines deteriorate. Pipelines made from steel and ductile iron are prone to corrosion and rust infiltration causing leaks and sediment issues. Other types of pipes like vitrified clay, asbestos cement, and orangeburg are all susceptible to cracking, leaking and collapse. The cost of repairing and replacing pipelines can be expensive. Us Trenchless offers a revolutionary solution to this problem without excavation! Us Trenchless can apply an internal application of epoxy and resin liners for an entire pipeline or smaller spot repair sections. Once the liners are positioned into the pipe they are cured or hardened. When finished the new inner pipe measures from 3mil thick in residential sewerlines up to 25mil thick in large diameter pipelines.
Our services for pipe lining are available for pipes from 3” inside diameter up 102” inside diameter and can be performed on:
- Riveted Steel Pipelines
- Ductile Iron Pipelines
- Cast Iron Pipelines
- Clay Pipelines
- Asbestos Cement Pipelines
