We ordered a sewer line for a real estate transaction and we had Abraham as our inspector. I can not tell you enough how amazing he was. He called me to let me know he was unable to access a cleanout and gave us the option to go a different route and was able to go back out the same day to do the inspection. That right there is amazing service! I'm so appreciative for his professionalism, and communication! I definitely give him and US Trenchless a 10 out of 10!!

US Trenchless is amazing! They made a very stressful situation very easy. I reached out to Abraham in the evening and he was at my house first thing the next morning, he provided me with a very fair and competitive bid within minutes. The office manager Shanon Steed was kind and walked me through the process of plans available. The night before the job was to begin I received a text message and every day after of what time they would be at my house and they showed up on time , they were polite and professional! They performed a sewer inspection on a home we are purchasing - technician was on time, provided an in depth explanation on a root intrusion and provided two different solutions and quotes to fix the issue. Carlos and his crew did a great job with the root removal and pipe repair of my sewer line. They were prompt, kept me informed with pictures and the actual pipe sections and did great cleanup. It was like they were never there. One of the pipes was 5 feet underground!

Carlos did a great job at fixing my broken sewer line. The existing landscape was minimally disturbed and put back in place. He was professional and accomodating. The line break had been fixed some years back (I've only been here a short time) and Carlos showed me what had happened and explained why US Trenchless uses a better clamp and the method they used. The whole was quicklyhand dug to ensurethat nothing else would be damaged. My house is over 50 years old and Anthony, who gave the estimate did not try and sell me anything I didn't need. My realtor had U.S. Trenchless do an initial sewer line inspection on a home I eventually bought that was on the older side. They provided a detailed estimate of what needed to be repaired with the sewer lines and offered 2 options (temporary or long-term solutions). This helped with my wallet which I appreciated.

During inspection, the inspector also found some minor plumbing needs, I was able to ask US Trenchless to fix those concerns as well. They did it for a more reasonable estimate than roto rooters $2200.

My favorite aspect is they were honest, transparent, came out in a timely fashion, completed the work efficiently, thoroughly listened to what I requested, I absolutely did not feel misled or overcharged. THANK YOU! U.S Trenchless' Abraham, Carlos, and Wyatt!!

My realtor recommended an inspection of the sewer line before purchasing my home.
There were some issues with the sewer and
Abraham came out more than once to complete the inspection as there were two accesses (one was hidden). This impressed my realtor (not easy) so I hired them to replace an old line. They did an excellent job and showed up and finished on time and charged exactly what the estimate was.

I would highly recommend US Trenchless. I called on Wednesday, May 1st, and Abraham had two awesome guys, Carlos and Wyatt, at my house at 8:30 on Thursday morning. They had to dig and trench so much that they needed to come back on Friday to finish. Not only did they do an amazing job repairing the issue, but they did an amazing job cleaning up after they finished the job.

Abraham did a sewer inspection at a house we were buying, and we ended up working with them on a trenchless sewer line replacement and also underground drainage lines. They were not the lowest bid, but the crew dug by hand with shovels (no trenching machine or excavator), so they were able to be careful of other underground stuff. They also hand compacted and leveled the soil afterwards.

Abraham did a great job. He presented us with a very fair estimate and explained the work that was going to be done in great detail. He was here every day the job was going on.
We had 70 year old water and sewer lines replaced and a new clean out installed near the house.

Carlos and Wyatt were very careful in digging the holes and took great care to protect the remaining pavers and brick.
After both the water and sewer lines were pulled they did a great job putting everything back. You’d never know that anyone was there.
I would highly recommend them!
