Great service, Shannon in the office was very polite and professional. Doug the technician was right on time. He has been in this business for 40 years and his knowledge shows it. He had a systematic approach to find the problem. He was able to isolate the problem to a 90 degree joint that was installed incorrectly causing the issue to my backyard drain. Great company, I found the plumbing service company that I will use again. I think you'll find them to meet or exceed your expectations. US Trenchless has my highest recommendation. Great job! We hired US Trenchless in May 2025 to inspect the sewer system of a 53-year old house that we were considering buying. They found an issue and we were able to use their documentation to have the sellers pay for the repair. US Trenchless sent Abraham out to complete the repairs. He was very professional and explained what they would be doing and showed us via their pipe camera the repair. Almost a year later we were concerned that the pipe was leaking and when we called US Trenchless, they reminded us that the work had a one-year guarantee so they would have Abraham come out and inspect the pipe. Abraham inspected the pipe and showed us that there wasn't a leak and all was good. He was professional with a great sense of humor. We would refer US Trenchless with absolutely no reservations.

US Trenchless is an outstanding company and I would use them again without any reservations. They showed up on time, were outstanding with communication and did an excellent job repairing our sewer line. They also left our place how they found it. No one ever looks forward to having sewer repair/replacement work done, but the team at US Trenchless made our project as pleasant as could possibly be. From Abraham’s first visit to provide an estimate (and explain the coordination of tasks with the City) to Dave and Wyatt’s work digging to specifications with care, we were in excellent hands. Once the area for repair was exposed, it turns out that US Trenchless could perform the repair quickly and easily without the need to wait for the City. Afterward, everything (excavation dirt and plants) was put back neatly and otherwise restored. We could definitely see why our neighbors provided them with stellar recommendations. Thanks, everyone, for quickly getting us through something we figured would be traumatic with ease, and at a fair price for the work that was done.

Doug, Abraham, and the rest of the team were really knowledgeable and experienced. We had an inspection on a house (that we eventually bought) and I had called Abraham a couple times with some questions before proceeding to have the work done. Doug came out on the day-of with his team to do a power wash of the line and to replace about a 6-foot section of the line where roots had grown in. I had some questions and was really interested in how they did their job. They had no problem with me watching and even showed me exactly where the problems were. The team worked together very cohesively and they got it done quick. Thank you Doug, Abraham, and team!!

Very pleased with all steps regarding my service with US Trenchless the repairs were written step by step as to what would be required the technicians were very informative, polite, and got right to the job. Included disconnecting landscape drain from the sewer. The finished area was done clean and beautiful well maintained

Sewer Line Inspection in Sacramento, CA 95899

“US Trenchless did a pre-purchase inspection of a 50+ year old townhouse we were purchasing. Their inspection revealed the original line from our property was heavily corroded and needed to be cleaned out. Although I was not happy about the additional expense related to purchasing, we went ahead and had the line cleaned.

Best thing we could have done ! Within a month, the sewer line was clogged and backing up. I called US Trenchless and they were out the next day and ran the camera down the line. It was clear. As it turned out, there was a block in the main line that is controlled and maintained by the HOA. Had I not had US Trenchless clean out our line,I would have ended up calling plumbers and would have paid them when the real problem was out of my control.

Thank you Abraham and the crew . You responded quickly when I incurred an issue after the cleaning was done and your re-inspection saved me additional expense and headache.”

Sewer Line and Waterline Replacement in Roseville, CA

We hired US Trenchless to perform the sewer line inspection on our home when we were purchasing it, they came out quickly and provided a detailed quote and video of the inspection scope. The line turned out to need a full replacement as it was 50+ years old and they gave us the best price & quality of service. While they were doing it they noticed a badly rusted and corroded water line next to it that we weren’t aware of! Luckily they did as this saved us from a leak down the road, we had them replace that as well. Abraham was helpful throughout the process and sent us photo updates along the way!
